Walker Mile Motors (WMM) connects reliable drivers with well-maintained rental vehicles at weekly rates. Our vehicles are UberX-eligible and ready for delivery platforms like DoorDash, Spark, and Instacart from day one.

We are looking for honest, reliable drivers with a clean driving record and a payment history that shows they pay on time — whether you are driving to support your family, build steady income, or need dependable long-term transportation.

No. You do not need to be approved before applying. However, you will need an active or pending platform account before we can assign you a vehicle. We recommend starting your platform application at the same time you apply with us.

To qualify you will need a valid unrestricted US driver's license, a minimum age of 21 per our insurance requirements, a clean driving record with no DUIs or major violations in the last 10 years, an active or pending rideshare or delivery account, and a clear background check through our partner Checkr.

We do not run a credit check. We do run a background check and motor vehicle record review through Checkr as part of every application. This covers criminal history and driving record only. A background check fee is required at the time of application.

Minor violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Automatic disqualifiers include any DUI or DWI in the last 10 years, a suspended license in the last 3 years, reckless driving in the last 5 years, or more than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years. If you are unsure we encourage you to still apply and our team will review your record personally.

There are two steps. First join the waitlist by filling out our short application form so we know you are interested. Second complete your full registration — if selected you will complete a background check and sign your 28-day rental agreement before receiving your vehicle.

Availability changes weekly based on returning vehicles. We will notify you as soon as a vehicle opens up that fits your needs. Staying active in our WMM Facebook group is the fastest way to know when cars become available.

Available vehicles are posted in our WMM Facebook group as they become available. You will also be contacted directly once you are on the waitlist and a matching vehicle opens up.

We do our best to match drivers with the right vehicle based on their platform and needs. Specific vehicle requests are not guaranteed but we will always let you know what is available before you commit.

Most approved drivers are matched with a vehicle within 2 to 5 business days of completing their full registration, background check, and first payment.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of your first pickup in addition to your first week's payment. The deposit amount will be confirmed during your registration process.

Routine maintenance and repairs are included to keep the vehicle on the road. Every vehicle also includes 24/7 roadside assistance and GPS tracking at no additional cost.

No. WMM offers unlimited miles so you can drive as much as your schedule allows without worrying about caps or overage fees.

Yes. You may use the vehicle for personal transportation in addition to platform driving. All use must remain within Colorado unless prior written approval is given by WMM.
